Noel Lindsay (Associate Director) has successfully established, grown and harvested a number of entrepreneurial ventures in Australia, South Africa and Malaysia. His first enterprise in the rag trade commenced at the tender age of 17. Adding significant academic pursuits with business experience Noel is a true pracademic; prolifically publishing research papers and giving presentations whilst “getting down and dirty” with day to involvement in numerous enterprises.

He was a Director of a venture capital fund – CVC Private Equity Ltd – that typically invests between $1m - $3m in growth oriented Australian entrepreneurial businesses and currently holds a board position with several global emerging technology groups.

Prior to Noel's more recent academic and entrepreneurial activities, he worked in the corporate insolvency field.

He has been appointed an Associate Director of KMT Partners; Chartered Accountants to assist KMT enhance their service capability for growing businesses.

In the academic arena, Noel heads the Education Centre for Innovation and Commercialisation at Adelaide University; previously being the Professor of similar schools at University Of South Australia and of Family Business at Bond University.

Noel is a Fellow of CPA Australia, and associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
