Michael Fox (Director) is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia with 25 years experience providing wealth creation and strategic advice to a wide variety of businesses and individuals.

Previously a tax specialist partner with second tier accounting firms, he provided strategic advice to international and local enterprises on their daily activities and specific transactions. He is now focused on providing commercial and taxation advice to small to medium businesses orientated to significant growth and/or involved in international trade. In addition, he also focuses with family businesses including business planning; succession planning; and wealth transfer.

Michael has been advising on succession and wealth creation to Family Businesses for over 10 years. He is actively involved in an advisor group associated with Family Business Australia, playing a fundamental role in establishing the advisor education requirements.

Michael is involved in SAYES and Enterprise Workshop programs as a course presenter, a mentor and the judging panel. He was Mentor of the Year in 2002 and 2001 and mentored the SA Winners in 2002 and 2003.

As a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia, Michael has presented papers on commercial issues, taxation and business strategies and planning around Australia.

Michael recently completed a Masters of Entrepreneurship at Adelaide University. These studies focused on the needs of small to medium enterprises along with business commencement focusing on new technology commercialisation.
