Levels of Service

KMT Partners provides a total business management service and can provide a customised service solution that meets your specific requirements as your business needs change.

As your business grows the level of service required is likely to increase. Generally clients referred to KMT Partners require one of three levels of service.

The three levels of service are:

Level 1 – COMPLIANCE WORK
- Preparation and lodgement of required Income Tax Returns for individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts and superannuation funds.
- Financial Statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. We recommend that these be completed quarterly or monthly so timely solutions can be found for problems or growth. Yearly statements are “ancient history”.
- ASIC requirements
- BAS & IAS returns
- Monitoring of your tax position.

Level 2 – COMPLIANCE PLUS
- Preparation of all required compliance work for the ATO and ASIC as above
- Ongoing advice on a range of financial, business, management and staffing matters.
- Quarterly report on the performance of your business in language you can understand using diagrams, graphs and ratios to show you how your business is performing.
- Recommendations for Improvement
- Supply, training and support of your computerised accounting system.
- Setup and ongoing management of your affairs with the right business structures.

Level 3 – BUSINESS GETTING RESULTS
Includes all of the above (Level 1 & 2) plus
- Advanced Management Advice
- Assistance with the preparation of marketing materials, and important correspondence, tenders or applications for funding etc.
- HR advice
- Analysis of your industry sector and forecasting of trends.
- Helping you to look globally as well as locally
- Investigation of possible markets for new products or services or new markets for your existing products.
- Management training and mentoring
- Litigation Support
- Business Planning and ongoing monitoring - WHAT YOU CAN MEASURE, YOU CAN MANAGE
- Analysis of your competitors and an assessment of their strengths and weaknesses
- Business Valuation
- Negotiations for business purchase, sale, lease of premises, loans, mergers and partnerships.
