Katalin Toth (Director) is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia with 20 years in professional practice.

Prior to commencing her own business Kathy worked for several well known accounting firms and held senior positions in the Tax Office.

Kathy has a multicultural background and is the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Hungary with jurisdiction in South Australia. She also deals with clients relocated to or from Europe, Canada, the United States and Asia.

She provides business advice to small to medium businesses, assisting them to deal with negotiations, government grants, private and public fundraising, and risk management.

Kathy holds a Degree in Directorship and is a member of the Institute of Company Directors. She advises corporate clients with respect to their responsibilities in this area and has been a member of several boards.

Kathy holds a Graduate Diploma in Forensic Accounting from Monash University and produces expert reports on commercial, matrimonial and insurance related issues with a view to litigation support both as an expert witness or expert consultant.
